                 February Fun……

 

   This month is filled with sweet fun. We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day; SWEETS and RED are the themes. Please look for sign up sheets on the front board. Kindly remember peanut free snacks only. All classes will be making bags to collect Valentine cards. Please sign your child’s name on the cards but do not address them. The teachers will distribute all of the cards into the bags.

PRE-K CLASS – 35 KIDS    

 PRESCHOOL CLASS – 30 KIDS

 

President’s Day

             Since we follow the Great Meadow’s school calendar, there will be no  Pre-K class on Monday, February 19th. Liberty Learning Center will be open for

            CHILD CARE ONLY

on that day.(see calendar) There will be a sign up sheet on the front desk for that day. We will have Preschool on Friday February 16th.

 

Pre-K News:

          Our Pre-K students are working very hard and conferences went well. Please start working with your child on recognition of letters and numbers. If your child has trouble writing his/her name, now is the time to start practicing.

 

Preschool News:

          Miss Jamie and Miss Kelly will be working with our Preschool on manners this month. Please help us by noticing when your child says please and thank you! Positive reinforcement is a wonderful, easy reward!

 

  

Before and After School

         

          The bus company has changed our pick-up and drop off times. The morning bus will arrive 15 minutes earlier and the afternoon bus will drop off 15 minutes earlier. Let us know if you have any questions.

 

 

Registration
and Re-Registration

 

            During March we will begin registration for our 2007 fall and summer programs. We will hold an open house for all NEW families on March 3rd at 10:00 am. Please spread the word to your neighbors and friends who might be interested in  YOUR word is our best advertisement!!!!

 

            We always give our current students the first chance to re-register. Re-registration is due by the end of March. Every student must register for the summer program if attending. We will not assume that your child is continuing if we do not have a re-registration packet for him/her.

 

            Please note the price changes for the summer and fall programs. We are sure you will understand the need for an increase.

 

If your child will need before/after Kindergarten care and is attending Central School, please let Central school know that he/she will be coming to Liberty Learning Center. That way they can figure it into the bus schedule.
