Spring is on its Way!!

  We are all looking forward to Spring and the warmer weather and NO MORE SNOW DAYS!!! It has been a tough winter, but there is light at the end of the rainbowJ We will be celebrating the beginning of spring and St. Patrick’s Day this month. Look for sign ups and the children should wear GREEN! We will also go to Warren Haven for our annual Egg Hunt. See the calendar attached for dates.

           

St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital

 

For the past 8 years we have sponsored a Trike-A-Thon to raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. During March we will hold our 9th Trike- A- Thon. You will be receiving a packet which explains how you can contribute. You are under NO obligation to donate. However, every child will participate in the trike –a- thon. Our back room will be the “course” and we will supply the “trikes”. We will keep a record of how many times each child goes around the course (max. is 10 times). If you have any questions, please ask Mrs. Hourihan.

 

Pre-K and Preschool Notes

You should have already contacted your child’s Kindergarten if he/she will be attending in Sept. If you have any questions Mrs. Hourihan will be glad to help.

 

Preschoolers are doing great work with Letters. Please encourage your child to tell you about the letter they are doing and the project they have brought home.

BEFORE/AFTER GROUP

      Please let us know if your child is not finishing their homework or if your child needs extra help. Our teachers are ready, willing and able to assist any/all children that need some one on one time.

 

REMINDERS

       All re-registration and summer registration packets were due on Monday, March 15th. Please remember that every child must be re-registered to hold a place

for the summer and/or fall programs.

 

·         We do have a snack list by the front door if you would like to donate a snack for your child’s group. We appreciate your generosity.

 

·         All children in Preschool and Pre-K should have extra clothes in their cubbies. If your child borrows clothes from LLC, please return them promptly.

 

·          Please be careful when pulling in and out of the parking lot. We have busses many times during the day and children will be walking to and from those busses.

 

·         March is a 5 week month for childcare families. Your invoice will reflect the extra week.

 

  • Tuition is due by the 5th of the month. We will be adding late charges to each and every invoice not paid by that day. Please call Peter with any questions (689-5722)
